Maternity: Stacey

What a nice start to 2013, the first Saturday of the new year, I spent doing Steve and Stacey's maternity photo session.  It was very chilly out but I love the natural look of the background in these photos and it was worth getting out in the cool weather!  We are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their precious miracle baby girl, McKinley.  I can't wait to take the newborn photos sometime later in the month of February!

Mom & Daughter Portraits: Bethany and Jayden

This photo session is very near and dear to my heart. It was my very first one and although I now see a lot that I could have and should have done differently, I am proud of my first attempt at portrait photography. Welcome to KNM Russell Photography!

Welcome to the blog home of KNM Russell Photography!  We are Keith and Melissa Russell, a married photography team living in beautiful Central Kentucky, specifically, Versailles, KY.  We have been married almost 13 years (in March!) and love working together to capture the special moments of our clients' lives.  We are first and most importantly, lovers of Jesus and seek to model our lives after Him as much as possible and we are so thankful for His amazing grace that holds us when we struggle.  We are the parents of a gorgeous seven year old daughter, Olivia Grace, who serves as our model anytime we want to try a new idea out. 

We are still fairly new to the photography field and thus, keep our prices low.  We are currently charging $75 for a one hour session at the location of your choice in the Lexington area.  We offer portraits for singles, high school seniors, engagements, bridal portraits, maternity, newborns, family and various events.  Feel free to bring a change of clothes or any props that you would enjoy using.  Our sessions are fun and laid back and we try to make everyone as comfortable as possible, in order to capture moments that are relaxed and natural.  Following the session, a disc with the edited images is provided and you will receive the rights to print them as you desire.  We do recommend that you use a reputable printing company rather than the local drugstore because we want you to get the full beauty and quality of your images.  Please feel free to email us or call us at (859)338-6738 to discuss scheduling an appointment!  You can also find us on facebook when you search "KNM Russell Photography".  Thank you!

Childrens Portraits: Olivia

We did a few shots of our beautiful daughter, Olivia in one of my favorite settings...the horse farms of Woodford County, Kentucky.  It was almost sunset and happily, she was in the mood to pose.  Of course, I just can't get enough photos of my baby girl! 

 

   

Couples Portraits: The Morrisons

Back in October, I had the priviledge of photographing a very sweet couple, Rev. David Morrison and his adoring wife, Jodi.  We met at Central Park in Ashland, KY when the leaves were gorgeous!  They were so sweet together and very easy to work with!
